Our à la carte menu provides a variety of dishes for Japanese cuisine novices as well as the more experienced diners. Our Teppanyaki meals have been specially put together using fresh ingredients and cooked uniquely on the teppan hot plates. It is highly recommended for our guests to sit at the teppanyaki bar, enabling our chefs to entertain and cook the teppanyaki meal right in front of your eyes. Please let us know during reservation if you are booking for teppanyaki. We will try our very best to fit you at the teppanyaki seats – it can be very popular, especially during weekends!

| In Japan, the consumption of raw fish has been a tradition since ancient times. Namasu, or the eating of thinly sliced raw fish dipped in a vinegared base sauce, is a typical example. However, the better-known sashimi has been popular only since the 17th century – its popularity increasing as the general consumption of soy sauce increased. |
